- Check-in time: After 14.00    - Check-out time: Before 12.00 noon.
- All the above room rates inclusive of 10% VAT, 5% service charge and daily breakfast.
- No rooms charges for child under 12 years old sharing room with adults (no extra bed & breakfast required).
* Cancellation:
- Cancellation prior to 07 days without charge. 
- Any cancellation received between 07 days, and before 03 days since arrival day will incur the first 1 night charge.
- Any cancellation received within 03 days prior to arrival time or no-show will be full period charge.
* Promotion:
- 10% -20% discount off for low seasons (Not applicable for Luna New Year and holidays during the year)
